The City Between Real and Ideal project presented an interactive dance performance by San Antonio Jazz Ensemble, a professional contemporary dance company, on April 22, 2013. The performance used the exhibit’s large mirrored structure and carefully placed spotlights to create shadows and reflections of the dancers throughout the space. Looking in through a long row of windows, the audience experienced the performance from outside of the gallery.
